CAREER SUMMARY

Mr. Stoppi possesses nearly 20 years of progressive engineering experience that includes elements of engineering management, fire protection engineering, architectural engineering, building code enforcement, and building code consulting in the public, private, and international sectors. He has delivered engineering services from all sides of the industry: as a design engineer, as a consultant, and as an authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). He has held senior level positions that included an independent working environment, supervision of others, and considerable applications of high level engineering judgment. He has experience practicing engineering and code enforcement as a business owner. Mr. Stoppi cultivates his considerable technical knowledge with robust communication skills, both orally and in writing, and delivers his work with the utmost integrity, care, tact, and professionalism. SPECIAL EXPERTISE AND TECHNICAL TRAINING

Architectural Engineering – Passed multiple PE Exams and can deliver architectural engineering with the highest proficiency in MEP engineering. Is also capable of delivering entire buildings or tenant space fit outs for smaller projects (fit outs, single story buildings, or simple occupancies)

Building Plan Review – Certifications in Accessibility / Building / Electrical / Energy / Fire / Mechanical / Plumbing Plans Examination

Inspection – Certifications in Accessibility / Building / Electrical / Energy / Fire / Mechanical / Plumbing and Special Inspections. Can use inspection skills as an AHJ, but also for engineering investigations.

Cannabis Engineering – Extraordinarily specialized expertise in ensuring cannabis extraction facilities meet fire code requirements.  These services also include certifying cannabis extraction equipment via Engineering Peer Reviews, including equipment that must be certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.  The safety portion of cannabis dispensary application packages can be developed to maximize your score in this section of your application.
