Services

Fire Protection Engineering

Fire protection engineering services across the entire discipline of fire protection, including, but not limited to water-based suppression system design, fire alarm system design, life safety drawings, smoke control systems, hazardous material analyzes, high-piled combustible storage analyzes, electrical (hazardous) location analyzes, and fire modeling.

Code Consulting

Construction code consulting performed by professionals with over 20 UCC/ICC certifications in the Accessibility, Building, Electrical, Energy, Fire, Mechanical, and Plumbing subcodes. These certifications and experience enables our professionals to deliver total project code consulting, and not just in one subcode or sections of certain subcodes.

Architectural Engineering

Our engineers are capable in the MEP trades as well as general building design for smaller projects to serve as an architectural engineering team in lieu of the common Architect plus consultants project delivery model. This service does not entail architecture, and any non-engineering decision has to come from others directly (typically the owner). The architectural engineering team model is good for projects where the owner or builder has a good idea of the general floor plan of the building and its general design parameters.
